Recently, the teacher-student team from the E-commerce major of Shaanxi Vocational College of Industry and Commerce visited our Tongguan Roujiamo Factory, and the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges around issues such as school-enterprise cooperation, talent training, and industrial empowerment.

Accompanied by the factory manager, the teacher-student team visited the production workshop, R&D center and product exhibition area on the spot, observed the key processes of Tongguan Roujiamo such as manual blank making and precise baking at close range, and learned in detail the whole-process production system from the selection of high-quality flour, selected fillings and other ingredients to the integration of traditional craftsmanship and modern assembly lines. During the visit, the teachers and students stopped to ask questions from time to time, had in-depth exchanges with the factory's technical backbones on process optimization, quality control, standardized production and other issues, and highly praised our company's concept of adhering to traditional flavors and practicing standardized production as well as the mature brand operation model. At the forum, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions around the construction of e-commerce professional talent practice bases, the design of customized internship training programs, the directional transportation of students' employment, as well as leveraging the advantages of the college's e-commerce major to help Tongguan Roujiamo expand online channels, operate live e-commerce, and promote brand digitalization. They reached a number of preliminary cooperation consensuses and unanimously agreed to take the integration of production and education as the link, give full play to the advantages of the enterprise's practical resources and the college's talent training, and realize the complementary and coordinated development of school-enterprise resources.

This visit and exchange between teachers and students has not only built an efficient communication and docking platform for both school and enterprise, but also laid a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation in the future. Next, the two sides will set up a special docking team to refine the cooperation plan and promote the implementation of cooperation. Through co-constructing practice bases, jointly carrying out teaching and research projects, and cultivating professional talents in a directional manner, they will help the traditional food industry of Tongguan Roujiamo realize digital and brand upgrading. At the same time, they will provide e-commerce major students with more practical opportunities close to the actual industry, cultivate more compound e-commerce talents suitable for the needs of industrial development, and realize the dual value of win-win cooperation between school and enterprise and industrial empowerment.
