Government-Enterprise Cooperation Empowers Employment

2025-12-01
To facilitate the dual empowerment of rural revitalization and skilled employment, our company recently formally entered into a cooperation with the Tongguan County Bureau of Labor and Employment to jointly launch the Tongguan Roujiamo (Meat Clip Bun) Snack Skills Training Program for this quarter. With the core mission of "inheriting intangible cultural heritage (ICH) craftsmanship and broadening employment pathways," the training leverages the company's years of experience in ICH inheritance and standardized production system to provide participants with full-process hands-on instruction, covering everything from flour proportioning and thousand-layer crisp dough preparation to braised sauce formulation.

The program features lectures by the company's ICH inheritors and senior technicians, adopting a trinity model of "theory + practical operation + entrepreneurship guidance." It not only elaborates on the traditional craftsmanship and innovative practices of Tongguan Roujiamo but also includes practical content such as store operation and cost control. Participants who pass the final assessment will be awarded skill certification certificates, and outstanding students will have priority in employment with the company or receive entrepreneurship support.

This government-enterprise collaboration to build a skill enhancement platform not only inherits Tongguan Roujiamo, a distinctive local ICH, but also provides new channels for urban and rural workers to increase their income and achieve prosperity. In the future, the company will continue to deepen government-enterprise cooperation, injecting more momentum into promoting local industrial development and employment security.
