Dual-Department Joint Inspection with Full Public Disclosure of Test Results
To continuously enhance the hygiene management standards of our stores and ensure dining safety for consumers, our Quality Control Department, in collaboration with the Operations Department, recently formed a special inspection team to conduct unannounced and unscheduled hygiene spot checks at directly operated stores. This inspection focused on key risk areas such as hand hygiene of employees and the cleanliness of utensils, with all test results made publicly available to actively encourage consumer supervision.
Inspectors directly visited kitchen operation areas and, following a predetermined checklist, conducted on-site sampling of employee hand bacterial residue, cutting boards, tableware, cooking equipment, and storage utensils. All samples were immediately sealed and sent to the company’s laboratory for professional testing.

“Food safety is paramount for dining enterprises, with hygiene and operational norms being the foundational pillars,” stated our General Manager. “Through these unannounced inspections, we aim to gain a true understanding of the daily hygiene conditions in our stores, eliminate any complacency, and ensure that every store and employee strictly adheres to hygiene standards at all times.”

It is reported that the test results will not only include routine hygiene indicators such as total bacterial count and E. coli but will also evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning and disinfection procedures. All laboratory findings will be publicly displayed on the company’s official website, WeChat official account, and in-store notice boards. Stores that pass the inspection will receive commendation, while those with identified issues will be required to take immediate corrective actions and undergo re-inspection.

This initiative is an important part of the company’s annual “Quality Safeguard” plan, demonstrating its zero-tolerance attitude toward food safety and its commitment to actively building a collaborative framework for societal governance in food safety.
