New product research and development: Tongguan Roujiamo’s road to internationalization

In order to further expand the popularity and influence of Tongguan Roujiamo in the international market, our company has conducted in-depth research on the dietary trends and consumer preferences in the international market.  After market research and team discussions, we decided to focus on the diversification and internationalization of flavors in new product development, aiming to create a Tongguan Roujiamo that not only retains the  traditional flavor but also meets international  tastes.

This test was conducted by the company's new product research and development department, quality control department and operations department to conduct new product testing.   The test categories involved more than 20 flavors of noodles and 18 types of Western-style Roujiamo.   Rigorous sample testing was conducted in the factory, and on-site tasting activities were also conducted  in multiple stores to collect more real consumer feedback.
